Does the name of your e-mail matter when applying for jobs? Can they instantly reject you because of a e-mail name?
What are some examples of professional e-mail names?
Probably don't use something littered with vidya/anime references or something cringeworthy
Also shouldn't look like an aim screen name
That being said they wouldn't reject you, but anyone working in a real office environment will be used to [email protected] so probably do something like that but maybe with a number so it's more distinct

I have a college e-mail like that but the problem is I flunked out of college a couple of years. I'm not sure if I should use it.
don't use your main email.
If you sign up for a lot of random shit with that email the employees might google your email and find out.

I have it set as my full name
[first name].[last name]@gmail.com
Makes sure they remember who I am

Just try to use your actual name as your email.
Yes, employers will discard your resume if you have a dumb email address. and don't put your date of birth in your name either.
I'm lucky that I got [email protected]
That's the best professional looking email you can get. Avoid anything like Hotmail or Yahoo or any older email clients
