Hey /biz/ how do you deal with market stress?
My account bled all week, I'm still up 8℅ but I lost money. Lost actual realized gains and it bothers me.
Now it's the weekend again (which I dread) and I'm stuck all fucked up until Monday. This has me stressed out, probably will be all weekend. I know it's somewhat irrational, but it still happens.

You can't be emotionally attached to your invested capital. Just continue with your due diligence, monitor your positions, and that way you'll feel more comfortable when you should sell or hold.
