Hey /biz/ wagecuck here, I just got a 5% raise today. I've seen in a bunch of articles that could be bullshit that 4-5% is pretty good for today's environment, but wanted to hear your opinion as well.

What do you mean exactly? A lot of company presidents and sales people just make around 300k at most. Theres tons of wage cucks that are so valuable to company they can strike 7 figs. Plus, they are capable of branching out to try something new with gauranteed back up plan.
