First time posting in biz.

how do you guys deal with financial hardship while chasing your goals? I feel like reading through these threads i see a thousand ways to reach financial freedom. I believe in investing in myself rather than saving, but with so many people that have made it to valhalla having different opinions it can be confusing.

My question in a nutshell is: what are your top 3 habits that help becoming financially independent?

My opinion, you need to have a good reason, a 'why', to chase your goals. Without that, you'll put things off and won't really get anywhere.
