What's a business that relies on one object that's also pretty profitable?

I assume that object must be something people won't think it's worth buying but it is needed at times, so people will rent it/pay me to use it et al.

A lift for moving companys, when you need to get heavy things on the upper floors. I dont know how it is called in english. you set it up aoutside the apartment/block and it reaches to the window then you put couch etc. on it.
