clearly you cant be serious about this considering you applied for a 5k loan from a bank to trade stocks and actually expected them to support you but incase this is your actual scenario all you need to use is 2500$ of your 10k you have in savings to have the buying power of 5000$ with margin. But based on your decisions I feel you would be better off not trading anyways..
