Wanting to start investing in stocks, but have no idea on where to start. Any help on where to start would be appreciated.
With a demo account.
And probably with funds instead of trying to stock-pick on your first trade.

go there and do EXACTLY as everyone says. If someone says put your life savings on NAK you do it. If someone says PIP is gonna POP you're right there waiting. If someone says you need to get in on DRYS before it moons (moons means its gonna make you a BOAT of cash bra) you get in DRYS and strap yourself in.

Read Stocks for the Long Run.
Then realize that investing in individual stocks is a fools errand, consistently invest in index funds, and steel yourself because the market WILL crash. It always does, the difference is you invest consistently, and when it crashes you keep investing.
