>the Fed does an "asset swap" of all the student loan debt which banks have with bonds that have higher denominated yields and duration
>After doing this the Fed credits the accounts of all students with an equivalent amount of the student loan debt in cash
>students can use this cash to start businesses which would generate profits that would pay off the interest required to pay the student loan bonds that banks hold
>students who waste that money and do not start a business will be executed
>the economy grows rapidly and millions of businesses and jobs will be created
>everyone wins

Hell even among entrepreneurs today, who are passionate and decide dedicate their lives to a business idea, most fail horribly or just sell their idea.
