I am looking at potentially buying a very lucrative property from a family member for around 150,000 would it be worth it to take out a loan as a >25 y/o individual and take out a loan and buy it to rent out? It'd be rental ready, and the house passively makes at least 5k a year from people parking on the lawn for events

You think renters will like having cars parked on their lawn?

Only buy it if you can get a fixed rate mortgage AND can rent it out for 1500 / month (1% of the purchase price)
Currently writing a how-to book for skiing. Not many pages but I plan on selling it on Amazon self publishing for $.99. I'm sure people will bite just because of the price.

Bluepilled as fuck. This happens all the time in university towns. I knew students that were forced to move their cars for sporting events so the landlord could charge others to park LOL
