Key is to lauder it and that will cost money. There are many ways you can do it, I can think of a few:

There is an easy way around this though. Find a kid that need the money and transfer the money to an account in his name and then to his bank. Every few days you collect the money in cash and give him 10%.

Because going through the same kid would fuck up your game, after a few successful trys, tell him to bring other people in, the kid takes 2.5% on top on eveything the people he brings in generate (just make sure to control how many people he tells).
