is there any money to be made on sports betting? How to professional gamblers do it?
Gambling is not an efficient way to make money.
Professional gamblers either have insider knowledge or they are just part of the survivalship bias

Gambling on 8-team parlays sure as shit is not going to do it.
>Treat sports gambling as a source of entertainment. Have a set bankroll limit per season/year. Pick a sport(s) you enjoy. Create and test your theories/models to handicapping a game. Never go full retard on one single game, no matter how much you think that team will win. Parlays, teasers, round-robins, etc should be avoided.
I've been sports betting for 12+ years.

95% of sports betting is underground. If its worth your potential jail time, then I'm sure you could make some money

interesting, so you do it just as a hobby? Are you profitable with it?
I am OP (posting from different PC)
I do it mostly for fun but I had a very successful year last year and I'd like to continue.
im looking to get quite serious with my bets as i think there is some real money to be made. I charted my bets from last year on a spread sheet and these are the results.
if there are any pro gamblers here please give input.
