So today I became a man.

>only fap 2 times a day now - morning/evening
>put food away when full so i won't eat cause bored
What should I do with this freetime?

Start saving a good chunk of your salary
Find a lame hobby to pass your time.

Wake up. Check business section of news. Check bitcoin balance.
Drink protein veggie shake. Go to work. On commute read programming book on phone.
Get to work. Plug in earphones and listen to music while working.
Lunch. Get quick bite to eat. Check business news. Check price of gold.
Work the afternoon. Go to gym after work.
Get home, shower, eat diner. Check portfolio. Watch business videos. Read some financial statements and prospectuses. Watch a little Netflix/tablo/vidya. Go to bed late. Wake up tired the next day and do it until the weekend.
Weekend catch up on chores/groceries/gym.
