Why are idea guys so underrated? I have so much brainpower, raw imagination and intelligence, but companies don't hire me. I think they might be scared of mine superior imaginitive capabilities.

Yeah I remember another piece of advice was to be a critic of designs of consumer goods in your own life, how you personally would improve them. Which we naturally do anyway, not every product can satisfy us completely, if there is room for improvement, that is something to pursue if you have the right changes
