how weird would it be to go back to college you already finished(ass. degree) but a completely different program? is it abnormal to have more than 1 ass. degree?

it is actually quite common to go for multiple degrees. it is less common if they are unrelated degrees but some people have changes in their life that can adjust their world view and what they want to do for a living. If you do get multiple degrees though they tend to recommend degrees that mesh together to better impact your profile for being hired.

Wait you're gonna get another associate degree? Can you finish a Bachelor's? Too advanced?

acquire more knowledge in your field, either books or classes, library
Even though I don't like this option, you can work for reduced pay as an intern somewhere, as long as you can gain more experience.

Not interested in current ass degree to pursue it in bachelors.
Have to start over. My education was paid for. Now it's my money.

If you're good at your job, you won't be there long. Work for less, work hard, and keep your eyes open to do something else.
