I posted a week ago about a former landlord suing me (the tenant).
Well today I logged into the court system and it said "case closed" and at the bottom of the court log "case dismissed". There was no payment order or anything, just "case dismissed".
So I'm guess that's it? Either the judge threw it out, or the plaintiff let it go?
Thanks guys.

If I could figure out how to buy some AND store it on my computer, I would.

Just want to be sure, and put this in the past.

Dunno man. Sounds like you don't have to worry about it to me though.
I would show up on the trial day, just in case

It was dismissed which means no trial. I finally got a lawyer on the phone, she said the plaintiff probably just gave up so they closed the case.
She also said the plaintiff could reopen it but 99% this wont happen.
