Vanguard keeps executive pay secret. Estimates for its CEO compensation is $10 to $15 million. Is this OK?

what's it to you?
are the fund costs too high?

They have low fees and good returns. Until that changes I'll keep my money with them.
Vanguard is investor-owned, so excess profits go back to the funds, and therefore to the individual investors like you and me. Unlike public companies, Vanguard's executives can't be paid in options, profit sharing, or stock grants.
As long as Vanguard's execs continue to be paid at levels commensurate with equivalent companies of similar size, complexity, and success, this is a non-story.
what anyone makes is no body's fucking business you fucking commie.
Sounds a bit low, desu.
