> How is it free?
They invest your unsettled funds after a trade. It's also pretty basic shit.

> When is it coming to my country?
Never. They only have "plans" on an Australian beta.

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, email their support. They are very good.

> Is this the place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
NO! THIS IS 4CHAN, A PLACE OF POLITENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!!)

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want a 2nd account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

>How do I git gud?
Search for press releases. Don't listen to any advice in this thread.

> Can I use Robinhood on my PC?
Yes, download an android emulator

its best to use a limit. ALWAYS put an order on your shares a contract to sell your shares between you and your broker prevents short sellers from borrowing them.

Use Limits instead. and ALWAYS

XGTI made an interesting jump at close. Gonna take a look at that. Pretty good day today guys, be cautious about Monday being a red day. Today was big because of inaguration. Lets hope the trend continues though!

Also I will start being more specific about my trades. I say to keep an eye on a stock and I think people confuse that with buy now. The market changes on a dime with these penny stocks you need to be ready to change your plans just as quick.

Also I've thought about starting our own trade room to make calls faster. 4chan is too slow for instant calls. I hope you guys are interested. Please let me know. That's all for now, ill be posting some DD over the weekend here and there. Hope today was good for everyone, good luck with the after hours!

Some quick thoughts on two stocks I have been looking at.

EPR PROPERTIES (EPR) ((REIT))

73.85

Dividend Yield (Annualized)
AS OF 01/19/2017 5.57%

Financial/recreational properties

Outlook - Buy / Strong Buy / Bullish

Pros: Monthly dividend,
32 dollars per 100 shares (.32 per share)
Room for growth potential
likes to raise dividend

Cons: Cost per share is a bit on the high end for a REIT
May be influenced slightly by inflation

-----

FRANKLIN LIMITED DURATION INCOME TRUST (FTF)

12.07

Dividend & Yield 1.30 (10.73%)

Short term bond fund that forces payouts on the upper end of the spectrum

Averaging a little over 11 dollars per 100 shares

Pros: Monthly dividend, short term bonds less affected by inflation, very cheap stock price overall, low volatility

cons: company rarely raises dividends, fixed amount of shares, it's still a bond fund

Any thoughts? Obviously EPR is probably the better short term bet but it is still faster to invest into FTF

Dont. BAS is strictly day trading playground, it will go bankrupt before it turns a profit enough to climb out of it's hole.

Anyone else on the Multidocker-train?

>Extremely low-valued
>January already well on their way of reaching year end order volume (which is twice the amount of their current market value!)

>Trump is president will give advantages to companies like that and make them rich

etc.

>>
XGTI:
>only 154k cash as of June 30th
>about 19 mil in total assets (mostly intangibles)
>about 7 mil in total liabilities
>12 mil stockholder equity
>1.6 mil revenue for three months ended Jung 30th
>2.6 mil for 6 months ended....
>Losses from operations 4.6 mil and 9.2 mil
>Spending a shit ton on Research and Development
Research and Development costs are consistently more than their revenue for any period
>General and administrative expenses have increased from 2015 to 2016
>Still paying like 2 million a year in dividends to preferred stockholders
Let's look back in time:
This company seems to just flood the market with their shares every year
2012: Revenue: ??? Net Loss: 14 mil
2013: Revenue: 406k Net Loss: 27 mil
2014: Revenue: 628k Net Loss: 19 mil
2015: Revenue: 932k Net Loss: 18 mil
2016 to 6/30: Revenue:2.5 mil Net Loss: 9 mil
Some trends I see:
>Their Revenue is trend up
>Their administrative costs are trending down (still pretty high though)
>Their R&D costs are trending down(still high)
>Cash trending down and in a dangerously low spot right now
>Only way they haven't run out of cash is because they keep issuing new stock
>They have a lot of depreciation
>HALF of their total assets are intangibles
>197 million accumulated deficit
>Insiders keep selling shares
>Just bought some other shitty company
>Don't have much debt though

Good Points:
>low debt
>Assets / shares is about $2.5 (as of Jnue 30th)
>Revenue trending up

Bad Points:
>Consistently low revenue
>Consistently high costs
>Gross margin makes my eyes bleed
>Always issuing new shares
>Dangerously low on cash

That's what I get from looking at the financial statements.

Can anyone who has been following this stock tell me the latest events to happen with it?
Is there anything happening soon that would increase XGTI's revenue by 5 times?
5x their current revenue is what they need, probably in the next year to avoid going bankrupt or being bought out.
>>
>>1748755

They're doing another 8 : 1 r/s which means divide the number of current shares you have by 8 and that'll be the number of shares you have. The remainder will be paid to you in cash

"Management believes that the Company’s existing capital resources will be adequate to fund its planned operations through the quarter ending December 31,
2016. The Company will need additional funding to complete required ancillary studies and clinical trials of bremelanotide for HSDD, prepare and submit
regulatory filings for product approval, and establish commercial scale manufacturing capability. The Company will also need additional funding to complete
required clinical trials for its other product candidates and, assuming those clinical trials are successful, as to which there can be no assurance, to complete
submission of required applications to the FDA. If the Company is unable to obtain approval or otherwise advance in the FDA approval process, the Company’s
ability to sustain its operations would be materially adversely affected.
The Company may seek the additional capital necessary to fund its operations through public or private equity offerings, collaboration agreements, debt
financings or licensing arrangements. Additional capital that is required by the Company may not be available on reasonable terms, or at all.

SPEX:
Wow this might actually be a good buy.
Basically this company buys patents and stuff
"The Company is a patent commercialization company focused on generating revenues
from the monetization of intellectual property, or IP. Such monetization includes,
but is not limited to, acquiring IP from patent holders in order to maximize the value
of the patent holdings by conducting and managing a licensing campaign, or through the
settlement and litigation of patents. We intend to generate revenues and related cash
flows from the granting of intellectual property rights for the use of patented
technologies that we own, or that we manage for others. To date, we have generated
minimal revenues and no assurance can be provided that our business model will be
successful."
>Cash is only 303k right now, but up from last year
They never held much cash anyway
>15.5 million total assets
>7 million in marketable securities
>8 million in patents and shit
Basically their assets are very liquid.
>6.5 million in total liabilities
>NO DEBT
>Most of their liabilities are from services they got paid for but still have to do(confusing if you don't study finance)
>9 million stockholder equity
>9mil stockholder equity / 4.82 mil shares = $1.87 share just based on their assets & liabilities
>Their revenue seems to be growing exponentially
2013: 27k
2014: 10k
2015: 33k
2016Q1: 72k
2016Q2: 177k
2016Q3: 314k
>>
>>1749093
They are still losing money, but closing the gap quickly.
From what I can tell, in 2015 they paid 37mil over the fair value for something...probably some intellectual property
>Administrative costs seem pretty low compared to everything else.
>Issued about 2 million shares of common stock in 2016(Before RS)
Not ideal
Other notes:

The Company continues to incur ongoing administrative and other expenses, including public company expenses, in excess of corresponding (non-financing related) revenue. While the Company continues to implement its business strategy, it intends to finance its activities through:

>managing current cash and cash equivalents on hand from the Company’s past equity offerings,
>seeking additional funds raised through the sale of additional securities in the future,
>seeking additional liquidity through credit facilities or other debt arrangements, and
>increasing revenue from its patent portfolios, license fees and new business ventures.

This company has may options. Even if revenues don't grow right away, it can stay afloat for a while

Good Points:
>Their value based on stockholder equity is greater than their current stock price (1.87 > 1.24)
>Revenue seems to be growing and growing exponentially
>EXTREMELY liquid. Almost all of their assets can be sold for cash.
>NO DEBT... They have room to take on more debt if necessary
>All signs point to this company being able to absorb hard times
>I personally think that their company is a good idea.
>expenses decreasing

Bad Points:
>Company still in the red suffering net losses
>Litigation risk from getting sued and stuff
>The company itself is holding broad base ETFS, so vulnerable to market fluctuations
>Have a small number of deals with companies so far
>>
>>1749094
Overall I think this stock is a buy. I'm gonna buy some SPEX when market opens on Monday
I don't see that much of a downside risk to this stock, and don't see it going bankrupt anytime soon because it is so liquid.
I do see a fast growing revenue and alot of upside potential.
Hope that helped guys.

No need to do fundamental analysis on SGNL. It is getting bought out by another pharmaceutical company. The price it is going to depends on what the other company buys it for. The merger was announced at the end of october, and the price didn't go up that much. A week ago the company announced a special stockholder meeting and the price skyrocketed... I can't find any reason that the price went up so much has someone else been paying attention?

Who else is in CATB and TENX?

I've read through CATB's recent studies and they look promising, and TENX is almost guaranteed to have good news unless the FDA decides to go full retard. But I'm having fears that the results are already getting priced in. I'm still up, though.

once again, i do not think you understand what the float is and what the difference between outstanding and float is. In that screenshot it says there is 33.81m shares outstanding and 1.11m

What it doesn't say is what the current float is. The new issued and outstanding could be over 50 M now and the float could be well over 35 M. The float isn't always updated.
