Any thoughts? Obviously EPR is probably the better short term bet but it is still faster to invest into FTF

No need to do fundamental analysis on SGNL. It is getting bought out by another pharmaceutical company. The price it is going to depends on what the other company buys it for. The merger was announced at the end of october, and the price didn't go up that much. A week ago the company announced a special stockholder meeting and the price skyrocketed... I can't find any reason that the price went up so much has someone else been paying attention?
