How do you feel about pic related? Do you ever turn it off for certain sites?

Websites I make money on that require I turn it off.
Absolutely not.
Virtually no site now puts ads that are not intrusive or glorified malware.
Any site that relies on obnoxious advertising to sustain itself will get no sympathy from me.
Some of these sites used to try to make you watch two to three minute ads if you didn't use an ad blocker.

I have never taken my uBlock off for any site. What makes yours so special?

Ebates or online cashback sites.

I tried once and this was the result:
> page loads and renders noticeably slower
> scrolling becomes choppy
> fans go in overdrive
> firewall suddenly asks to unblock flash player
> browser completely freezes every few minutes and stays unresponsive for three or so minutes
Turned it back on and everything is working normally again. UBlock blocks generic templates for ads that are added to websites and are controlled by a third party, ie google, instead of the website owner and there clearly is no quality control by these advert providers.
