Now you get fucked as you become the ultimate wage cuck. Enjoy spending what little leisure time you have left studying in the evenings for multiple exams at a time to get your ACCA or CIMA qualification or w/e you're doing. Those seniors are gonna ride you like the bitch you are, constantly putting all the dreg work on you and whipping you till your back is broke. Welcome to hell friend. I predict an hero within the next 2 years.

Treat the job as an apprenticeship, learn from the more senior and successful folks, and work your way up. Spend a minimum 2 years before you look for opportunities outside the company.
If you can be promoted within, go for it. Let your manager know you want to take up any professional development opportunities that exist. Join toastmasters so you become more comfortable speaking to groups.
Ignore the idiots here bleating about being a wagecuck, most of them will never earn 6 figures in a single year.
