How about an app that you can use to track time? And give reminders that you're being unproductive/not exercising enough/not sleeping enough.

What are you going to spend your thousands of hours on? I've spent hundreds of hours on programming projects that result in 20 stars on github. Is it going to help me get a job? Probably not. Did I learn anything? Not really.
There's no point is fretting over missed opportunities. It's a sunk cost.
