Hello /biz/
I am interested in setting up a binary options website as a business. I have programming skills but little/no money. How likely am I to to be able to be successful in doing this?

because binary options are just a tiny step up from pyramid schemes and nigerian scams.
taking money from dumb people is one thing, but exploiting gambling personalities in a scheme that'll inevitably hook and sink them is pretty damn immoral.

very likely if you do indeed have the programming skills. smart move, anon!

Pyramid schemes and nigerian scams involve explicitly lying to victims in order to take their money. Binary options does not involve that. It just allows me to capitalise on the stupidity of people unable to understand simple concepts or carry out basic research. I don't have much sympathy for stupid people.

For some reason this post reads very sarcastically. Is there something you know that I don't?

Where do you draw the line when it comes to morality and money? Say you started this business and made yourself very wealthy from it. Every penny you made was one that somebody lost without gaining anything in return. A lot of that will be money from people thinking they are making good investments for their and their children's futures. I mean fuck, at least casinos can say they provide entertainment to their customers - binary options sites literally market themselves as investment websites in order to con people of their money.
Stop being so fucking Jewish and instead use your skills to create something that will actually benefit others. That way, when they willingly pay you for it, both parties will mutually benefit and you won't be such a lowlife subhuman.
