Under Obama, banks weren't willing to hold money from them because technically speaking, if a Bank of America stores money from a weed shop in Colorado, they're technically profiting off of weed in states that it isn't legal in, like in Mississippi. With Jeff Sessions as AG, expect weed to not fare well. I don't think it'll get shut down, but don't expect it to expand.

Canada might be promising though, Trudeau seems to be making a big deal out of weed from what I've heard. I'm a nocoiner but you're much better off going into BTC rather than weed stocks at this point.

I'd recommend buying Reynolds American or Imperial Brands. Reynolds had a buyout offer from British American and could easily get another one. Imperial Brands is an English tobacco company, the smallest of the Big Tobacco, and could be easily bought out by Japan Tobacco. But also, Imperial Brands has a macro trend in its favor with the Pound going down. If there's instability over the Brexit deal, you can bet they're going to do well.

I would recommend Phillip Morris because what they're doing with iQOS seems promising and they're the largest tobacco company, but they've been getting hammered by the strong dollar meme. Fucking Yellen.

Buddy, gun companies make more under guys like Obama. If you look at how Ruger or other gun companies performed under the Obama Administration, they did incredibly well. People buy guns when you have DC hyping up gun control, which pushes up these stocks. I'd expect them to lay low for the next 4 years since gun control is pretty much a dead movement under Trump (thank God).
