Online casinos - Namely live roulette
A good way for a quick buck or a rabbit hole for losing your mind?
What's your technique if you play roulette?
You can make money if you have an unlimited bankroll.
The sequential win system:
1. Bet $10
2. Play
3a. If win, repeat process from step 1
3b. If loss, double bet. Repeat process from step 2
Outside bets are easier.

continue long enough and you'll lose everything

Where else on 4chan can this be discussed? You can get pretty rich in just one night in fun casinos and yet /biz/ wouldn't be interested in this area of commerce?! Hardly.

Bet you whole net worth and assets on one game. If you win you win big but uhh...if you lose...well dont think about that

There are lower risk methods available

Even if you know nothing about maths, statistics, expected values, etc you can solve this with common sense.
You're operating an online casino. Would you code it in a way that (given optimal play) a customer could make you lose money?
Of fucking course you wouldn't. That's the whole point of the business - at the end of the day there's a profit for the house.
And indeed the math checks out. The game of roulette has a negative expected value, so while you may win in the short term randomly - in the long term you will approach an average payout that is negative, i.e. a loss.

Ah yes, the good ol' Margingale System, causing gamblers to go broke since time immemorial. It works. But I cannot stress the condition enough:
>if you have an unlimited bankroll
And the casino has to allow you to bet an unlimited amount of course.
If you think you have a system that allows you to beat a casino at Roulette you've just become a victim of the gambler's fallacy. Or you've found a bug in the system (a croupier throwing the ball a certain way, a wheel running uneven, a glitch in the RNG of the online casino). If Roulette is run perfectly you will eventually lose, that's a mathematical fact.

It is traditionally. There have been regular gambling threads on /biz/ for years. This has literally become the place to discuss gambling.
