A lot of poor people live in these cities, but could never own property

So when are you turning 18 again? Underage posting is bannable here friend
>>1687214
>A lot of poor people live in these cities, but could never own property
no more than anywhere else.
and if median family income is any indicator there's LESS poor people in those cities. Well, except NYC is exactly average for the nation.

Nice shitpost, I'm probably older than you newfriend. 2 of the most expensive real estate markets in the world. The poor people can barely even live there in shit conditions. Nearly everywhere else in the world rent isn't crippling making 40k/year.
>>1687218
More super wealthy people drive the median up in these cities.... did any of you learn math?
>>1687218
More poor people live in NYC than in any other city in the US.
>>1687227
>The poor people can barely even live there in shit conditions
>he doesn't know about HUD housing, section 8, employee housing, etc.
not being able to afford rent isn't the same as being poor.
In fact the real problem in NYC and San Fran is that people aren't poor enough to qualify for housing assistance, so both cities lack a middle class.

>More super wealthy people drive the median up in these cities....
the median in NYC is average for the nation.
the median in SF bay is $20k higher than average for the US and barely higher than the average for California.
>>1687231
>More poor people live in NYC than in any other city in the US
more people of any sort live there.
when I say no more than anywhere else I mean as a percentage.
