Most of these people are charged with white collar crime and let lose 2 years later. Yet you have some dude with a dime bag get 10 years.

Usually they don't include that part that he had 5 previous convictions and was in again for burgularizing a home to pay for his crack addiction... just that they found some weed next to the stolen handgun and bag of heroin.

Nobody JUST gets rich off fraud, they were already doing something beforehand and decided they needed a fatter paycheck. That being said, any thief can be caught, wether itd be a convenient store robber or a carder.
