90% of /biz/ threads aren't even /biz/ related according to the sticky. Most posts that aren't ___ general threads are /adv/ or /pol/ threads.

Go work for a small company for less starting pay and move up instead of a big company where you are just an employee ID number to an accountant and the owner or CEO doesn't even know you exist.

I lso think that most of those books don't woth a dolar. No book will tell you how to get rich overnight, and if they do they'll be a scam. there must be some readings anyway that really give you some advice or basic teachings or something.
