Engineering is a good major for money making.

Except, it's not you making the money.
You'll be making a pittance.
Your boss will be making the money off your back.
And if you don't like it, tough, you can leave. 99999999 other engineering graduates out there who were conned into the career by the corporations looking to drive down labor costs by oversaturating the job market for engineers.

Patent Law mofofoku. You have this strong GPA in a great STEM degree, you have an inside track on creating things and probably will do a job on someones patent in your career. (I suggest just continuing until you get a project under your belt)

Go to a great Law School and you can make 200K yearly with ease as a IP/Patent Lawyer and go from there.

When you first start out you need a nice little wagecuck niche, then as you learn the industry you can make your own startup and make megabux.

If you expect from day one to jump into a career where you can just make money hand over fist with a throwaway bachelors degree, then it wouldn't be worth doing because every single motherfucker on the planet would be clawing at the bit.

Engineering is great because it opens the most amount of doors.

As my dad always told me, "You're never going to get rich working for someone else. You're just making them rich."

Get a few years under your belt in engineering, then get your employer to pay for your MBA. Then a couple more years later go into business for yourself with what you know.

Don't let anyone fool you OP. There will always be good money in engineering and a high supply of jobs. Engineering is great because experience and paygrade increase hand in hand. You can transition to management, start your own company, become a senior engineer, etc and make a very good living doing it once you have a a number of years under your belt.
