I just bought half an acre of land in a really nice gated community in northern Michigan because I was bored.
Does anyone want to move in and build a cottage and live in it or something? I don't really care what you do with it. I'd only want like $35 a month to cover taxes and fees.
There's an indoor swimming pool and ice skating rink and everything.

b-but I'd make sure I'd have to pay you at least 2x the assessor's value of the property in the year following a written statement of intent to take possession to force you to leave.

a contract which would be amazingly difficult to uphold or enforce.
I'm not sure why anyone would enter into such an agreement when they could presumably buy their own lot for less than it would cost to litigate the contract. They could likely get the land for less than a lawyer would charge to draw up the paperwork.

Ah my super lovely luluco my sweet sweet luluco I'll come around to finish watching your thaiwanese series one day. Deeply pardon me, my broken-hearted bells of startled pure light infantry.

I dunno. What if it was one of those 1000 year leases? I don't really care about making money, I just want to keep my paper net worth up so I can use it for immigration purposes.
