last time I declared bankruptcy you had to pay on a debt for at least a year for it to be discharged rather than having the sale reversed and that debt remain. Of course if they can't reverse any of your sales you'll probably be charged with fraud.

I haven't done a bk for 11 years now though, and the laws have gotten a lot stricter. I'd say there's a solid chance you'd go to prison.

Ummmm yeah you can dipshit. I filed for chapter 7 because i racked up $50,000 in credit card debt over a period of a few months. After i racked it up, i was like im not paying that shit back, so i filed chapter 7, and all of the debt got discharged. Didnt have to pay back one cent. The chapter 7 costed me $1,800 for the lawyer and other bullshit. The only hard part was that i had to quit my job until the chapter 7 was over. Being unemployed makes chapter 7's go right through the court system with no problems. After it was over, i got a new job, no big deal.
