Maybe they went in with a wide eyed view of what the job entailed. Maybe they have a supervisor or employer who pushes them beyond the job description.
Maybe seasonal changes have caused their position to be more stressful than it normally was.

There is petty irritating bullshit in every job that nobody tells us about.

Fucking took 10 years for my wife and I to get descent employment in this shit town.

Moved back to be closers to friends and family.

Almost all friends moved away or are 10 years younger.

Literally wrote off all but immediate family and only give a fuck about 1 uncle who I haven't seen in 5 years or talked to.
