So I got fired last week it might have been because I asked for a raise, should I Sue? I feel like there is so many hungry lawyers out there one might take my case, thoughts?
No. Update your resume and go find a better job.

how the hell did you ask OP? Cause depending on your job, a firm "no" is a lot cheaper than the paperwork it takes to fire you, fill out unemployment information, interview people looking to fill your vacant spot, training that person, and getting them up to speed.
