How do you recover after losing a lot of money on the markets? Just lost 52% of life savings today on stocks. should I hold or sell? I really dont know what to do at this point and am literally on the verge of tears. it hit me out of nowhere. please help /biz/

Cash put and get some personal finance and investing books.
Read rich dad poor dad. It's like 7 bucks. And fuck what the haters say. It's and easy read and u will then find out why u lost all your money but it's okay because u can make 100 times that with less stress.
I am living proof his books and real estate are the path to riches. Or at least a good and easy one.
