Hello /biz/,
Im from germany and have some questions.
What is your oppinion on Funds?
Someone tryed to explain to me how they work and it sounds like its a good alternative to the normal bank. I wanna use it to save money for the time I stop working.
And how do I start with investing into stocks?
I want to start with "play money", get over too very small amount of money to just understand more how everything works so in some years when I see something with a lot of potential Im able too see it and invest more money.
Listen to dave ramsey. Start by reading a book. If you literally can't be fucked to do your own research then you are never going to get anywhere
Why dont you just stop working and live off other Germans? Thats what the "new Germans" do and it works?
You get infinity % return for $0 investment!

I dont try for now to go very big.
Just so I can have some extra income and well... maybe its even a bit of fun.
Yea Im gonna get more information around the topic but for some reason I trust people from here more then any side that gives me tipp on "how to start investment or trading".

check out investopedia.com. I traded on their play platform for about a year before I started the real thing. It's a good place to make mistakes.
'Funds' didn't translate well, do you mean mutual funds? I don't like them, nearly all underperform the market after fees.
