after studying an ACCA at a big 4 bank, what path can i realistically take to be earning the most money? assume i pass all exams first time, qualifying in 3/4 years

Big 4 are professional services firms, not bank.
There are many paths to take, even within the big 4 themselves, and all streams have many different exit opportunities. Maybe start with learning a bit about what they actually do?

So imagine that I've studied for an ACCA with one of the big 4 banks.
I've just qualified but I want to move away from accounting into something else - and high paying as possible; I don't care if it's 500 hours a week worth of work.
What are my options?

Anything in the finance world is possible for you if you know the right people. What does interest you? Investment Banking? Hedge Fund? Private Equity? It's hard to get in there but it seems to be the stuff you're looking for because they salary is high and the work hours long. Expect at least 80 hours a week, probably more.
Consulting is a possibilty too and seems a bit more relaxed.
this sounds so fucking boring
i want to be the guy making money on the internet throught ranked websites that make auto money and ranked videos

So you don't work for a Big 4 bank then, since UK Big 4 is completely different lmao
