What was the most expensive but useless thing you ever bought?Me:
Chainmail for around 300dollar.Never used it for anything beside bragging.
It was this £500 magnifying glass until you used that picture.

Expensive BUT useless?
Probably my MacBook Pro Retina 15 that I bought for close to $3000 and sold for $1800
It was useless because Mac OS X or MacOS Sierra as they call it now is absolute trash

Thought I'd look super cool while wearing them
>They hurt
>sound worse than my $50 Skullcandies

>thought you'd look super cool wearing fucking bite sized headphones

This.
Most useless tangible item was a Hauppauge video capture card. Garbage software, outputted in a retarded format, non-existent tech support. Sat unused in a drawer for over a year until I managed to sell it for a surprisingly small loss.
>College
Ended up working for family business and made more than what my major would have got.
>Built $1400 gaming pc
Got bored of video games and found out I enjoy outdoor activities way more
>$180/month cable subscription
Same as above, except I wad paying to watch year old movies and shows
>$800 smartphone that I ended up dropping and got ripped out of a replacement
I ended up buying a cheap $100 prepaid phone and it works just as well for all the normie things I do.
>Any money loaned or given to family and friends
Anyone that comes to you asking for money is a fucking loser and will never pay you back
>$6k Breitling watch
Fell for the watch meme. No one cares about watches in real life and the only brand anyone knows is Rolex. Stopped wearing it and sold it cause I just used my phone if I needed to check the time.
I notice that most of mine and others wasted money tends to always go towards technology entertainment.
I got exited scammed for $800 buying steroids.

I honestly don't remember me ever doing this. I guess the closest thing would be a €600 fat PS3 when they just got out (I was like 14). But I did use it while with friends back then so it wasn't really useless, just overpriced.
>HTC Vive $800
Maybe one day...
couple rings for 1K mark
spent 3K on a leather jacket once...
