Hey cunts. Ive got 20 grand to fuck around with. Ive already got 3 grand invested into a few different pot stocks that have the potential for long term gain.
Not sure what to do with the rest. What would you do?
Also I'm a neet atm. Waiting on further compo pay out which im hoping will land me a house.
Will be thinking about retraining next year. Only really capable of cert 4 tier learning.
Just keen on investing at this time. Got another 50g i can access in 4 months.

What's the compo claim about? How much are you looking at getting?

It was a workplace injury over 5 years ago.. cant work in construction anymore. Been a neet for 3 years. Hopefully it will finish up beginning of next year. If it settles out of court possibly 600k after centrelink is paid back After i receive it i wont be able to claim centrelink for 8 years. So i need to plan my shit out.

Have already received 100k. 50 of which is in 2.5% interest lock down in the bank for 4 months. Spent 30 fuckin around with debts and cars. Got 20 atm. Still receiving 600 a fortnight from centrelink until the claim finishes
There's already an asx thread, why didn't you post this there?
Do you have any skills that you could invest this money in and start a business or something

I thought it had died. I didnt see it on the scroll through

Damn, how did the injury happen? Curious bc a mate of mine had a grinder dropped on his arm and he's getting around $50K, but it'll preclude him from working in anything involving his arms for the next 7 years or so maybe

Spinal injury. Resulted in a 3 disk fusion 6 screws and a plate. Its a common law claim because the site i was on wasn't up to scratch in terms of OH and S. Lawyers have been a nightmare. Never go for those ambulance chasing cunts you see on telle

Noice, I'm only holding MXC. I have $1k in it.
PANAX deal coming before end of the year, then we're good
>>1626128
Too right. MMJ has had me spewin so far. Bought in 2 months ago. Nothing good so far. Mdc has been very good tho. Makes up for it
IAM, DRM, KNM and possibly CKA
They are all high-medium risk stocks, but I think they are bound to increase soon

Are these all long term type of investments or would you have to keep a close eye on them from day to day?
Spread your risk into exchange traded fund (ETF)
Find a sector that you like. STAY AWAY from mutual funds...

Is there a risk with ETFs? What sort of % can they return?
