Realistically you find someone with their own backlog of personal projects who don't have time to steal you're idea because im busy working on mine when you're not paying me.

Then the typical, get a lawyer, have an "original meme do not copy" and a non-compete contract.

Its also hard to sue someone over stealing your "tech idea" unless they do a straight up copy, just saying.
