I've worked several shit jobs

the perfect motivation to get into something comfy/lucrative . A lot of my friends didnt get many jobs or no job before college and they cant cope with working an entry level position

everyone should work a min job at some point. I worked donkey-level construction where I'd do shit like sweep for 8 hours straight or fucking scrape construction adhesive with a razor for an entire day (exhausting work at 15min in) and I hated it and then got a job at the local Bestbuy as salesman then tech then in-home tech now I work at an IT contractor. Arguably it started with the shit job and arguably college had nothing to do with my current 75K salary

No. To be honest I'd say its the opposite. Minimum wage jobs don't require much brainpower, but they can be very hard work. Try washing pots in a kitchen, Its still probably the hardest job I've ever had. Long hours, crazy heat, People shouting at you five times a minute. I'd bet I worked much harder for my hourly rate in that job than you do for yours.

Minimum wage workers are treated like shit, worked to the bone and are expected to be happy about it because they are easily replaced. One small mistake and you're gone.

Chipotle doesn't pay minimum wage; they pay 9/hr. The work was stressful and exhausting so they make you work for it. The hardest job I've ever had.

I'm still working minimum wage in my 30s but there's nothing to do about it.

I tried going to community college but I failed with a GPA around 1.0 because it was too difficult.

Pay is good, youll be boarded in dorms. The branches do have different levwls of accomodations though. I was AF and my marine bros were in awe of my housing.
Chow hall is good, but also greatly depends on branch. Pay is same across board. Aa a single E3 youll pull more than enough for a nice cell phone, gas and car insurance with hundreds left each week. Roughly $900 every 2 weeks.
