Take the pill at 8am and take it again at 3pm to prevent coming down off it.

After 6 months you'll notice this doesn't work anymore. You'll need to take the pill at 8am, 12pm, 4pm, and 8pm to make sure you're never irritable.

If/When this stops working you need to double up dosage.
