A BS in Econ
First year engineering here, I can't decide if I wanna stay with it or switch to something more business-y. Is an HBA degree a meme? I wanna do either a statistics/actuarial science double major with an HBA, or maybe just math and finance. What do you guys recommend? I hear the actuarial entry-level job market is really badly saturated nowadays, especially in Canada, but it seems like such a good mix of business, finance and math.

Lots of high level finance has a fair bit of math
But desu just do engineering and go straight into finance - it's very common for firms to do that
