That way, taxes, repairs, management etc are all covered by the investor and the mortgage payment rolls in to you each month. You will end up making over double your income over a fixed 4% 30 year but most lenders lend higher than that at around 8% and can do shorter term as well (15 year) Its a win for investors a win for the renter and a win for you.
