Just answer their questions and talk about relevant experience/skills. It's a lot easier than face-to-face interviews. So if you're normally fine at those you'll do fine with then phone interview.

If you do good socially, phone interview is way harder that live ones imo. When you see the person, you see how they react to what you say and you're able to ajust to that.
