When will Ethereum reach Bitcoin's market cap?
I think end of 2017 or beginning of 2018
Ethereum is in a spot where it needs DApps
DApps fulfill the purpose of the system and attracts users. This is a predicament for people interested in short term gains in regards to Ethereum. It's a pretty simple model: Build things and sell them, but it's also hard to accomplish because the platform itself is just not ready yet for widespread adoption.
So, either a DApp gets made that is able to provide great service depsite the platforms current instability (MetaMask is a great example of this, Gnosis and Status.im are too)
or, we have to wait for new technology to be added to the platform that makes development easier or scales the system allowing for faster verifiable transactions.

In addition, shill DApps that fool the existing consumers on Ethereum are a really, really bad look and I wish they would go away.

Ether is a failure.
Paper money is where it's at.
>mfw you people don't even have 100$ in your wallet
it's like you WANT to be poor

Paper money will not exist in the next couple of decades.
ETH is a mess.
Bitcoin is your new God.

>Bitcoin is your new God.
It can only handle 8 transactions per second...
All it would take to literally kill bitcoin, is for someone who is fairly wealthy to create 100,000 BTC wallets, put some money in them, and then just process 10 transactions per second.
The queue of transactions would grow infinitely and it would eventually take weeks to process a transaction... then months... then years... then its dead.
Eth is a mess, countdown to next multi million failure.
