Why didn't they just get an internship or attend a networking event?

Obviously they weren't go-getters with leadership qualities.
Probably not team players either
I bet they picked the wrong major.
Or they didn't have enough experience.

Fucking losers is what they were. The unskilled factory workers/fast food plebs are the ones who suffered. People who had skills and capital before he depression were fine. I mean, before the depression.

I'm sure some of them got rich later with dotcom-startups

>Why didn't they just get an internship or attend a networking event?
Because they were entitled.
They didn't negative gear their houses and off-shore their manufacturing, now look at them.
I mean. they should be GREATFUL for getting coffee and donoughts for free, they're not actually a RIGHT, we don't OWE them anything kek.
They should have just moved to a big city after spending 60k on STEM degree with Honours and lived in a share house with other 30-somethings to pay rent.
Fucking Greatest/Forgotten Generation lel
