I tried buying a porn subscription (I just tell it as it is..) via direct debit 2 hours ago, and after putting in my Bank info I had to also put in my phone number, so I could get a verification Pin through a call. I missed the call and there hasnt been one since. Meanwhile I read on multiple forums that the payment site (webbilling .com) is sketchy (should have thought of that) and that you should use a throw away credit card for these kind of things.

So my question is: Do you think they'll still charge me subscription money, even though the process wasn't completed and I can't access the service I bought?

Whatever, you can just dispute a charge but i don't think that they'll charge you. I mean why would they? The verification call didn't go through which means your payment isn't authorized.
