How can you survive in businesses when there is so much competition? I am competing with one hundred competitors for instance.

how do you beat any superior adversary on an otherwise level playing field?

how did the americans defeat the brits?

how did the nazis blitz europe?

how did trump win the nomination?
>>
Don't compete, dominate.
>>
Do anything and everything it takes to win.

This is the only answer.

By finding unconsolidated, low competition industries. Dont be a lemming.

Make yourself different than your competitors, then you won't have any competition. Do something unique with your product. Create a need for it where none existed prior.

>Poach indispensable talents from your competitors and watch them crumble while they parlay their skillset into your business
>Improve your customer service or brand journey so customers will go to you just for the service or experience, even if the product you sell is no different
>Use targeted data to market surgically to your customers and better align what you sell to your customers needs.
