how is that an eternal loop watering can? It doen't work because of gravity. You would have to turn it more than 180 degrees around, for the water to get through the pipe. But by doing so, the other water would spill from the top. Maybe if you only had a little bit water in the can it could work, but you still would have to be very secure, and have a lot of chance at failure.
