Even if you want a girlfriend, I don't see how living with your parents would harm your chances. You are making a conscious decision to live with your parents so you can invest the money you save. I don't know what rent prices look like in your location but even assuming 1000 a month, you're talking about a take home pay of 37,000 dollars, 12,000 dollars being taken away for rent, and assuming you eat like a frugal peasant at least 2500 dollars in the year for groceries.

Those expenses don't even exist if you keep living with your parents and having an extra 15k per year is going to allow you to make more investments.
