Since I know literally nothing about investments, can't I just go to an investor and let him do all of my work for me? I heard investors work hard for you because they get a certain percentage of your earnings. Which is fine. I'm trying to build a passive income where I don't have to do anything.

The more work you put in yourself the higher returns you get. Advisors also don't take people with accounts less than 500k since the returns will be too small
