Hey biz. Should I go into the stem field or is that just overblown. I also like business. Help me decide

What do you like?
Did you know that you can do both? Just because you pick stem doesn't mean you can never learn economics. Vice versa.
Do some research and self learn a little. It will become apparent what you'll find more interesing.
I love business and want to start my own. But I realize how difficult it is (father owns a large dairy farm) and I need to create a product to do so. So I was leaning toward engineering to help me create products. But there are so many options idk
I'm also interested in the renewable energy field. Any opinions on that?

I'm very much similar although I absolutely love science and technology as well. That's why I'm studying applied physics; the branch of science concerned with creating new technology (engineering, generally, is more concerned with *using* technology to solve well-defined problems, not necessarily to invent new technology)
Let me just tell you though that you need to have a good interest in what you're studying to get through it. Engineering/physics is hard. The rest of STEM is less hard, but still miles ahead business/econ.
Do both.
